- Over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Sector leading teams in both national and global developing and investment companies like CBRE, ING Real Estate or Grupo Bogaris. Before working for CBRE he was Director of the 45th. Vice President of USA Albert Gore Foundation and also Economist for the Financial Sector Development Dep. at the IMF &World Bank in Washington DC.
- In 2011 he became Market Analysis & Investment Strategies Director at CBRE Spain where he then led Alternative Investment in the Capital Markets Dep. He was actively involved with the team that took a couple of the most relevant SOCIMIs (=Spanish vehicle equivalent to REITS) to the public market: AXIA RE & Merlin Properties.
- Currently serving as Independent broker and advisor in Real Estate assets for Institutions, Specialized Asset Managers, Family offices and Private investors.
- He leads the Real Estate Observatory at Instituto de Empresa and collaborates with relevant sector associations like RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) & ULI (Urban Land Institute) and with specialized media like PIE Media Group or Property EU. He is also speaker on South European Real Estate Topics at the Nottingham Trent University & Oxford Brookes University a.o., and is involved in Educational Projects for IEB (Madrid), ESADE (Barcelona). He graduated in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earned an MBA from Instituto de Empresa and a Masters Degree in International Business Administration from the Georgetown University.
